:: Greg Huglin - DolphinFoto.com
Greg Huglin is one of the most prolific surfing cinematographers and dolphin photographers in the world. Raised and still living in Santa Barbara. Graduated from San Francisco Art Institute film school in 1975.

Spent most of 1974 filming "In Quest of The Sun" which was about a 9 month sailing/surfing trip to French Polynesia with Harold Ward and two other surfers. The film got Greg launched as a filmmaker when it won 5 gold medals in international film competitions and a silver at Cannes.

"I was lucky to assist my good friend and personal hero, George Greenough, for many years and have learned just about everything I know from him." Greg filmed all or parts of 5 Summer Stories, Go For It!, Fantasea, Hawaiian Watermen, Asian Paradise, Laird, and a lot of other surfing films in the 1970's, 80's and 90's.

"Most of what I shoot for stock footage are extreme sports like tow-surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, rock climbing, mountain biking, etc. " Greg spends three months a year in Africa filming white sharks underwater and has been working on a long term project film about dolphins riding waves. He also spends 40-50 days a year on his boat filming dolphins and windsurfing.
